2. The Service

mysAIviour provides an AI-powered conversation experience inspired by scripture. The Service is intended for spiritual reflection, comfort, and personal exploration. It is not a substitute for professional religious, mental health, or medical advice.

Responses generated by mysAIviour are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. They do not represent the official teachings of any church, denomination, or religious authority.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@mysaivior.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI prompts or system design.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service.
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or harmful.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds are not provided for partial months. All prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices on 30 days' notice. Continuing to use the Service after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual property

The mysAIviour name, logo, and all original content on this website are owned by mysAIviour and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.

Conversation content you generate through the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mysAIviour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
